Vive le Grand Arras !

Un honneur et une grande responsabilité d’avoir été élu Président de la Communauté Urbaine d’Arras ce lundi 13 juillet 2020.
Je remercie les représentants des 46 communes du Grand Arras de leur confiance.
Je souhaite remercier particulièrement Pascal Lachambre autour de qui nous avons formé une belle équipe en travaillant sereinement et intelligemment, après le départ brutal de Philippe Rapeneau, à qui je rends également hommage en ce jour spécial.
Je serai un président animateur qui défend l’idée de s’appuyer sur les 46 pépites de la Communauté Urbaine, les 46 maires et leurs équipes.
La crise sanitaire nous oblige à jouer toujours plus collectif et à rester proche des habitants.
Je sais que l’envie de bien faire, ensemble, est partagée.
Ce projet communautaire sera en rapport avec les changements de société, écologie et numérique, en prise directe avec les réalités sociales et démographiques de nos communes, et en rapport avec les réalités, les devoirs et les opportunités économiques du Grand Arras.
Ce projet défendra aussi la place de chacun, de chaque commune, de chaque élu, de chaque acteur, de chaque habitant…
Il respectera les idées différentes et les considérera pour nourrir le chemin commun que nous porterons et défendrons ensemble.
Je promets :
- un mandat de travail, déterminé, de débats et de décisions.
- un mandat d’accélération car nous avons des urgences à traiter : écologiques, sociales, sanitaires ou économiques.
Plus qu’un projet :
- ce sont des enjeux sur lesquels nous nous engageons
- c’est une méthode
- c’est un état d’esprit, collectif !
Ruraux, communes urbaines, ville-centre, tout le monde sera à la tâche !
- dans le respect et la considération
- en phase avec la réalité de la #CUA, de nos bassins de vie, de nos communes, des habitants
- dans la transparence la plus totale
La confiance qui se noue ce soir sera notre bien le plus précieux.

    Adobe Acrobat 9.2 Pro, for example, can convert PDF files to either JPEG or JPG format. But are you really going to launch Adobe Acrobat just to save your PDF documents as another format?
    If you’re interested, you can take a look at the official site to know more and make a better judgment. It would definitely be a cheaper alternative to those other tools that are more expensive and comes in a bigger size.
